Fuel
Fuel costs are client's responsibility. Chicago motorcycle Rental claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel consumption and mileage. Pre Pay your first tank of gas or return vehicle full. Charge of $25 if not purchased and vehicle needs refueling.

Helmets/Riding Gear
Helmets are required for all motorcycle rentals. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets are available for rent. Chicago motorcycle Rental highly recommends that each rider and passenger wear proper protective gear (full face helmet, long pants, long sleeves, full fingered gloves and boots that cover the ankle)

Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Motorcycle Substitution
Chicago motorcycle Rental reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client. Should Chicago motorcycle Rental not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the client. This constitutes the maximum liability of Chicago motorcycle Rental
